摘　　要：装备技术保障人力资源在提高装备保障能力和适应未来军事斗争的需要中具有越来越重要的作用.为实现装备技术保障人力资源的优化配置,必须遵循结构优化、合理流动、正确使用、提高效益等原则.依据装备保障系统及其装备技术保障人力资源的结构,对装备技术保障职位进行分析,运用人力资源需求与供给预测的方法,制定出科学的人力资源规划方案.在优化配置过程中,宏观上强调与作战实体相对应的装备保障部(分)队之间装备技术保障人力资源的合理流动,微观上强调将合适的人放在合适的岗位上.For improving equipment support ability and satisfying the need of the future military warfare, it is very important to research the Human Resources of Equipment Technical Support(HRETS). In order to implement the optimized configure of the HRETS, the principle must be followed such as the structural optimization, the reasonable flowage, the right use and the improving benefit etc. According as equipment support system and the structure of the HRETS, this paper analyzes all positions of the equipment technical support through useing and gives a scheme of the planning the human resources. the means of the human resources requirement and the supply forecast. At the course of the resources optimized configure, we should emphasize the HRETS's reasonable flowage among the equipment support armys/units corresponding with the warfare entity in the great sight, and emphasize to place a fit human to a fit position in the small sight.
