摘　　要：目的：进一步探讨应用湿润烧伤膏包扎治疗足坏死的效果。方法：对 1例双足对称性坏疽并蜂窝织炎、双足感染致双足掌面皮肤缺损，骨及肌腱外露进行 MEBO包扎治疗。结果：治疗九个月右足创面全部愈合，左足大部愈合，未行植皮处理，亦无瘢痕增生。结论： MEBO包扎治疗双足对称性坏疽效果显著，方法简单，能促进皮肤生长和控制局部感染，且具有较好的止痛效果。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO bandaging method in treating foot gangrene. Method: A case of symmetrical gangrene in both feet complicated by phlegmon and infection was treated with MEBO bandaging method. Results: After treated for 9 months, all the wounds in the right foot and most of them in the left foot healed. No skin grafting needed and no scar formed. Conclusion: MEBO bandaging method is very effective in treating gangrene. This method is easy and simple and it has the effects of promoting skin growth, controlling infection and relieving pain.
