摘　　要：目的　探讨 L AK细胞的诱导条件。方法　采用不同含量的 r- IL- 2 T和 PHA制备 L AK细胞 ,经台盼兰拒染实验计数法及 MTT比色法检验 L AK细胞数目及活性。结果　在 r- IL- 2 30 0 μ/ ml和 PHA10 μg/ ml时 ,制备的 L AK细胞数量多 ,杀伤活性较高。结论　结论 r- IL- 2和 PHA可诱导 L AK细胞增殖。Objective This experimed exphlored the induction condition of Lympho Kineactivated Killer(LAK) Methods We used different doses of r IL 2 and PHA to induce LAK cell The number and activity of LAK cell were tested by the Trypan bule counter measurement and the colorimetric MTT reduction assay Results The results showde that the more suitable condition for LAK induction were:the concentrations of r IL 2 and PHA were separatively 300μ/ml and 10μg/ml Conclusion r IL 2 and PHAinduce LAK cells proliferation [
