摘　　要：江汉石油管理局盐化工总厂近几年通过对烧碱蒸发工艺进行的技术改造 ,取得了较好的效果 ,提高了高浓度碱质量 ,降低了蒸汽消耗 ,装置运行更加稳定。这些改造包括 :碱蒸发器改型、蒸发室衬镍板。After modifying caustic soda evaporation process in recent years,better results are obtained in Salt Chemical Industry General Plant of Jianghan Petroleum Administrative Bureau,such as improvement of quality of liquid caustic with high concentration,decrease of steam consumption and more stable operation.These modifications include changing the type of evaporator,lining the bottom of evaporator with nickel plate,improving process of finished caustic cooling and process of water circulating.
