摘　　要：简单介绍了太原化学工业集团有限公司蒸发生产 45 %离子膜碱的工艺流程及采用的主要设备旋转式薄膜蒸发器 ,在工艺、设备、生产管理等方面对该蒸发装置提出合理建议 ,并指出了存在的问题及注意事项。The flow path of evaporation process to produce 45 wt% ion exchange membrane caustic soda as well as the main equipment,i.e. rotary film evaporator is introduced briefly.Suggestions about this evaporation plant is put forward in respects of process,equipment,running management,and so on,and the existing problems and points for attention are indicated.
