摘 要:全面分析了鱼类精液的保存技术。鱼类精液的低温冷藏保存技术操作简便、成本低廉 ,在精液中添加药物和稀释剂后 ,0~ 4℃下可保存数天至数十天 ,适合在生产上推广应用。而精液超低温冷冻保存操作复杂 ,使用时 ,将精子解冻 ,进行活力检查合格后 ,即可进行人工授精。精子在液氮中可保存数年 ,在鱼类育种工作中起重要作用。This article reviews the techniques to preserve fish sperms. The low\|temperature cooling technique is suitable for application in fishery production because of its convenience in operation and low cost. The sperms by such a technique can be preserved for several days if medicines and diluents are added into them and are kept at the temperatures ranging from 0 to 4 ℃. The super\|low\|temperature freezing technique of fish sperms, however, plays an important role in the breeding of fish seedlings, though a little more complicated in operation. It involves sperm collecting, diluting, balancing, freezing and preservation in liquid nitrogen. With the help of such a technique, the fish sperms can be kept for several years in liquid nitrogen and it can be used in artificial insemination if the sperm vitality is up to the standard after they are thawed and examined.
