摘　　要：通过对 Web GIS技术的探讨 ,提出了利用 Web GIS实现网上发布系统建设的功能框架 ,并以具体实例实现了基于 Internet的交通信息发布系统的具体功能。This paper introduces the basic concept and developing situation of Web GIS, puts forward the Web published function frame of integrated traffic GIS by analysising the Web GIS related technical issues,and realizes the specific function of the Internet based transportation information dissemination system.
