摘　　要：SCX05DN压力传感器是SCX系列传感器中的一种典型的带温度补偿的集成电路压阻式压力传感器. 它具有较宽范围的工作温度（0～70℃）和很小的零压力输出电压（±0.3 mV）等特点. 论文介绍了SCX05DN压力传感器的内部结构、基本原理和应用电路实例.：The SCX05DN pressure sensor is one of the SCX series sensors that is a typical integrated circuit piezoresistive pressure sensor with temperature compensated . It features a comparatively wide rage of operation temperature （0～70℃）and a very low zero-pressure out voltage (±0.3 mV).This paper introduces inner structure of the SCX05DN sensor , explains the fundamental principle and illustrates some concrete examples of application circuits.
