摘　　要：高技术条件下的局部战争,对军事物流系统建设提了出更高的要求。为实现军事物流系统长远发展,必须正确把握特点,摸索与社会物流相比存在的特殊规律,重点加强军事物流人才建设、理论建设、装备建设和信息建设。The future high-tech regional war absolutely calls for a high-level military-logistics system. Therefore it is necessary for the long-term development of the military-logistics to correctly grasp the characteristics of the military-logistics and to explore the particular rules compared with the social-logistics. On the basis of this, the emphasis of the constructions of the military-logistics should be put on talent、theory、equipment and information.
