摘  要:迟缓率是汽轮机调节系统的重要指标 ,一般从调节系统静态特性曲线上获取。根据对调节系统各种因素对迟缓率影响的分析 ,认为滑阀过封、摩擦力及机构间隙对静态特性影响呈随机性 ,而液流力的影响是确定的 ,明确了静态特性线和静态过程线的区别。指出采用一般的静态特性试验上下行曲线最大差值来衡量迟缓率是不完善的 ,并对一些静态曲线上。As an important parameter of steam turbine governing system, the dead band property was generally taken from the static characteristic curve. The infection of all factors in governing system upon the said property has been analyzed, it has pointed out that the infection of slide-valve overclosing, friction and mechanical clearance upon the static characteristic is probabilistic, whereas the infection of oil hydraulic force is definite. The deference between static characteristic curve and static procedure curve has clearly been defined. It has pointed out that measuring up the dead band property by using maximum deference values from the up-and-down test static characteristic curve is not in perfection, and the crossing phenomenon at some points on the two curves being discussed as well
