摘　　要：阐述高聚物动力电源、高聚物超级（海量）储能器、飞轮储能器（飞轮电池）及太阳能电池作为21世纪新型能源技术与产品的研究和发展方向。This article elaborates high polymer motive power source，high polymer super （large scale）power accumulator，flywheel power storage device（flywheel battery）and solar battery as the orientation of research and development of new type energy technologies and products in the 21st century．
