摘　　要：为探讨本实验室建立的RT -PCR法对目前流行的鸡传染性法氏囊病的诊断效果 ,采用该法对 7个养鸡场的 12个病死鸡法氏囊标本进行了检测 ,诊断为传染性法氏囊病毒感染。检出率达 10 0 % ,无假阳性现象发生。结果表明 ,本检验方法对目前流行的超强毒株和变异株均有很高的灵敏度和特异性 ,可以在兽医临床工作中推广使用。To investigate the diagnosis effect of RT-PCR to the epidemic infectious bursal disease (IBDV),we examine the 12 specimen of bursa of fabricius which come from dead chickens of 7 chicken farms,the diagnosis is the infection of IBDV, The detectable rate is 100%,no false positive.The result shows that the examining method has a high sensitivity and specificity to the very virulent IBDV and variant IBDV which epidemic at the present, which could be widely used in the clinic of veterinary
