摘　　要：为了科学地评价钻机总体设计方案 ,现文提出了量化钻机总体方案的经济技术指标评价体系 ,并初步得到了设计单位。To evaluate the drilling rig overall design scientifically, this paper puts forward the concept of quantified technical & economical target system, which is preliminary accepted by the departments of design, manufacturing and customers.
