摘  要:现文把灰色物元、价值工程与功效评价系数体系相结合 ,构造一个灰色价值综合评价模型来评价大位移钻井技术的风险程度 。The risks and accidents of drilling have been emphasized more and more. We try to evaluate and to avert the risks for extended reach drilling technique developed up abroad in the nineties, it is very important. This technique is advanced and new drilling technique, because the drilling theory of this technique belongs to the advanced science and techniques regions so that their study is very necessary. Due to complexity and randomness of risks, its measurement is very difficult. In this paper, based on the function evaluation coefficient system combined with the grey matter element and the value engineering,we set up a grey element synthetic evaluation model in order to give quantitative analysis of risks of extended reach drilling technique. The example shows that this approach has been proved to be feasible and have practical value.
