摘 要:当前,中国大多数开发区中内部的发展差异不断扩大,先期开发的地域已经表现出一定衰落的迹象,并带来诸多问题。延长先期开发地域的生命周期,实现区城的持续和协调发展成为开发区建设的重要议题。本文在分析开发区先期开发地域衰落缘由的基础上,从土地经济、建设背景、心理预期等方面入手,阐述延长先期开发地域生命周期的必要性和可能性,并以天津开发区的发展建设为例,提出可行的建设和操作建议。Nowadays in China, in most development areas, the difference inside is expanding constantly. Many decline signs have already been visible in former developed zone, and brought up a great deal of problems. Lengthening the life cycle of former developed zone and achieving the sustainable and harmonious development has become a very important topic in the construction of development area. In this article, the author analyses the reason causing the decline in former developed zone. Considering the aspects of land economics, con struction background, psychological anticipation, etc. the author give out the explanation on the necessity and possibility in lengthening the life cycle of former developed zone. Taking TEDA as a case, the author brings forward some feasible suggestions an developing and operating.
