摘　　要：本文结合工程实际 ,针对一钻井船吊车改造中出现的技术问题 ,用现场测试分析的方法 ,评价吊车底座和支撑结构的强度 ,然后提出了如何加固底座和支撑结构的具体方案 ,该船海上作业施工的结果表明了测试分析是正确的、加固方案是可行的。s In connection with some technical problems during the crane reforming in a drilling ship,the paper estimated the strength on crane base &support structure with a field testing &analyzing method connected the engineering practice.Then the writer put forward a concrete method to strengthen the base &support structure.It has been shown that the testing &analysis is correct and the strengthening program is feasible with the ship working results on the sea.
