摘 要:用动态水蒸气处理的 β沸石为催化剂 ,研究了甲醇与异丁烯液相合成甲基叔丁基醚的反应。采用 XRD、吡啶 -TPD和吡啶 -IR技术对β沸石的物理化学性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,水蒸气处理未改变β沸石的骨架结构 ,但对其酸性质有较大的调变作用 ;550℃预处理和 3 50℃水蒸气处理有利于提高沸石表面较强酸中心的比例 ;沸石表面 L酸量大于 B酸量 ;醚化反应与较强酸量有较好的对应关系 ;反应温度为The effects of steam treatment temperature on the surface acidity and framework structure of β zeolite by the means of XRD, pyridine TPD and pyridine IR were studied. The catalytic activity of β zeolite on liquid phase synthesis of methyl tert butyl ether (MTBE) from methanol and isobutene was investigated in a batch reactor in temperature range of 70~100 ℃ under 1 5 MPa. Initial MeOH/ i C 4H 8 molar ratios of 1 00~6 22 were used. The catalyst amount loaded was 2 00 g and 0 85 g per mole of methanol and isobutene. It was found that steam treatment did change the surface acidity but the framework structure of β zeolite remained unchanged. Calcination at 550 ℃ and steam treatment at 350 ℃ caused increase of numbers and strength of acid sites of the samples. L acid was the main acid sites on the surface of β zeolite, and the etherfication was proportional to the strong acid sites. β zeolite exhibited high selectivity of MTBE to 100% and the highest conversion of isobutene was 92% at optimum conditions. The maximum activity of catalyst was achieved at 90 ℃.
