摘 要:研究了惰性陶瓷膜反应器中丙烷氧化脱氢制丙烯反应 ,采用部分涂覆的多孔陶瓷膜作为空气分布器向 V-Mg-O催化剂床层供氧 ,以降低反应区氧气分压来提高丙烯选择性。用 X-射线衍射 (XRD)、程序升温脱附(TPD)、程序升温还原 (TPR)、低温氮吸附 (BET)等方法对催化剂进行了表征。比较了惰性膜反应器 (IMR)与传统的固定床反应器 (FBR)在丙烷氧化脱氢反应中的性能。结果表明 ,IMR优于 FBR,IMR的丙烯选择性为57.4 % ,丙烯收率为 2 2 .1 %Inert ceramic membrane reactors were used for the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propene. The partially coated porous ceramic membrane was used as an air distributor to a fixed bed of V Mg O catalyst. In this case, oxygen partial pressure decreased and propene selectivity increased. Catalyst characterization was carried out by X ray diffraction (XRD), temperature programmed desorption (TPD), temperature programmed reduction (TPR), and low temperature N 2 adsorption (BET method) technologies. The performances of inert membrane reactors (IMR) were compared to that obtained in a conventional fixed bed reactor (FBR). The reslts showed that the IMR are more efficient than the FBR. Propene selectivity of up to 57.4 % and product yield of 22.1 % were obtained in the IMR.
