摘  要:对氯苯氧乙酸在流速为 1ml/ min,淋洗液为 0 .8mmol/ l的 Na2 CO3和 0 .5 mmol/ l的 Na OH的混合溶液的离子色谱仪DIONEX(DX- 10 0 T)上较好的检测。其检测限为 0 .18μg/ ml(S/ N=2 .5 ) ;保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为 1.0 96 7%、0 .9786 %、0 .5 836 % ,在线性范围 30— 30 0 μg/ ml,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数分别为 0 .9977和 0 .9971。在此条件下 ,常规阴离子对氯苯氧乙酸的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定 ,回收率为 99.70 % (峰面积 )。这种方法快速、灵敏 。An ion chromatography system for the determination of 4 chlorophenoxy acetic acid was described. Ion chromatograph was carried out b y suppressed conductivity detection (DX 100T). The eluent contained 0 8mmol/l Na 2CO 3 and 0.5mmol/l NaOH. The detection limit was 0.18μg/ml(S/N=2.5). The relative standard deviation was 1.0967% for retention time, 0.9786% for height and 0.5836% for area, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the calibrati on curve was 0.9977 for area and 0.9971 for height. The linear range was 30 300 μg/ml. Common inorganic ion and organic acids did not interfere. The recovery w as 99.70% for area. The method was simple, rapid, reliable and inexpensive.
