沥青混合料配比测试技术及测量装置的研究

摘　　要：根据沥青混合料中各成分介电常数不同的物理特性及混合介质的介电常数性质 ,本文提出了用电容法实现沥青混合料配比测试的新技术 ,并研制了测量装置。文中详细介绍了测量装置的构成及工作原理 ,并且给出了实验结果。经实践证明 ,该装置具有精度高、速度快、体积小、完全可靠等特点 。On the basis of the different physical character of each ingredient dielectric constant in the asphalt mixed material and the quality of mixer dielectric constant, the paper proposes the new technique for measuring the compounding ratio of asphalt mixed material by using capacitance method, and develops the measuring device. The paper introduces the structure and working principle of measuring device in detail and gives experimental results. The practice proves that the device has the advantage of high precision, quick speed, small size, safety and reliability, meets the demand of the practical engineering.
