格栅除污机控制方式的改进

摘　　要：本文对栅耙式格栅除污机和适合于间歇运行的格栅除污机的常规控制方法做了改进 ,从而大大降低了自控设备维护量 ,从安装、调试、测量精度等方面降低了对自控仪表的要求。使污水处理厂在进水高峰、低谷和季节性的污水中固体物明显增多等情况下 ,均可较好地发挥格栅除污机的拦污效果 。This article describes the grid screen and its control scheme improved being suitable for its intermit- tent operation.This scheme minimizes the maintenance work for the automatic control equipment,thus reducing the requirements to the instruments on installation,commissioning,measuring accuracy,etc.This makes the grid screen function properly and keep stable efficiency for gritremoval even if the solids in sewage increase ob- viously during the period of peak flow,minimum flow of the sewage treatment plant.
