摘　　要：本文整体介绍了钢管漏磁检测系统 ,对关键硬件及外围电路的设计原理给予了说明 ,借助 Windows系统平台 ,用 VisualC+ + 面向对象编程语言 ,采用多线程和虚拟设备驱动技术编制了数据采集分析、状态显示、实时控制等多功能模块化软件 ,操作性强 ,系统现场自动化程度高、应用效果良好 ,为钢管高效。Pipe magnetic flux leakage inspection system is introduced on the whole in this paper.The design principles of main hardware circuits are explained.Programming with multi thread,VXD techniques and Visual c++ in the Windows environment are proposed,the software includes data acquisition,status display,real time control and so on.The system is useful and effective in practical use.The product and quality of pipe are increased accordingly.
