摘　　要：通过对华东师大校园信息管理和共享实现的叙述，提出了在互联网环境下校园信息分散管理、共同使用的观点，打破了以往信息管理高度集中化的模式。Through the narration of ECNU's campus information management and information sharing, the author poses a new point that in the lNTERNET circumstance NIC can manage the information by scattering way. This view breaks the old centralized management pattern.
