摘　　要：对在天津港软土地基上建造防波堤工程的技术研究和应用进行综述。介绍防波堤新结构型式的开发、应用、发展过程以及软基处理技术应用和突破性进展。Research and application on technology for breakwater project constructed on soft soil foundation for Tianjin Port are summarized in the paper. And Research, application and development process of the new structure types of the breakwater are presented in the paper as well as the breakthrough progress on the technological application of soft soil improvement of Tianjin Port.
