摘　　要：目的 :分析中年癌症患者的心理状态。方法 :采用问卷法将 35 0例中年癌症患者分为情绪稳定型和情绪不稳定型 2种特质 ,根据不同心理特质给予针对性的心理护理。结果 :出院时情绪稳定型患者的例数增多 ,情绪不稳定型患者的例数减少。结论 :有效的心理护理可减少中年癌症患者不良的心理反应 ,促进患者康复。Objective: To analyze the psychological characteristics of middle-aged patients with cancer.Method: 335 case cancer patients were divided into mood stability traits group and instability traits group according to questionaire.then take corresponding nursing measure for different psychological traits.Result: when discharged,patients of mood stable type increased.with instable type less.Conclusion: effective psychological nursing can reduce abnormal reaction in cancer patients,and improve their convalescence.
