摘　　要：目的 :观察脊柱术后切口感染的临床表现 ,探讨相关因素 ,制订预防及护理对策。方法 :对 1995年至 1999年 5 2 0例脊柱术后的临床表现进行回顾性分析。结果 :10例切口感染原因系切口内细菌繁殖所致 ,脊柱术后切口感染与术中应用器械、材料及手术操作污染有关。结论 :术中严格无菌技术操作 ,认真执行外科手术原则 ,术后密切观察 ,及早发现和诊断 ,及正确护理可预防切口感染的发生。Objective:To investigate for related factors about incision infection after spinal operation and find out corresponding nursing measures Method:We have observate and analyzed clinical manifestation of 520 cases after spinal opera^tion Result:10 cases show incision infection sign Conclusion:Incidence of post operational infection were closely related with contamination of operational instruments materials Its important to undergo close observation,early diagnosis and related treatment,nursing are also crux for good prognosis
