摘　　要：目的 :探讨护理督导组在医院护理管理工作中的作用。方法 :采用自身对照法连续 3年对 41个病房护理单元的全面检查情况及护理质量进行对比分析。结果 :在全院 41个护理单元中 ,1997年各项指标优良平均 8 1个 ,占2 0 % ;1999年平均 36 2个 ,占 88% ,后者明显高于前者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :自实施护理督导以来 ,护理质量显著提高 。Objective:Research about the functions of monitoring group in nursing management of hospital Method:Self-controlled analysis of nursing quality was done in 41 nursing units of inpatient department for three years Results:Among 41 nursing units,8 1 units 20% wee excellent in all indexes in 1997;36 2 units 88% were excellent in 1999 there was a significantly difference between them(P<0 05) Conclusion:Nursing supervising can improve the nursing quality significantly Supervising group is a new-developed type of nursing management,and has an important role in promoting holistic nursing work
