静脉输液新方法的相关研究

摘　　要：目的 :防止药物丢失 ,及联合用药时配伍禁忌的发生。方法 :经Y型一次性输液器 ,将两根穿刺针分别插入含药及无药液体瓶内 ,输液前用无药液体排气冲管 ,换瓶续滴时 ,用无药液体冲净输液器内原带药液体再换瓶 ,输液末再用无药液体冲管至药液全部输入体内。结果 :新输液法优于传统输液法。结论 :新输液法安全有效 ,能提高输液质量 ,并能减少药液浪费。Objective:To prevent from waste of medicine and incompatibility of drugs in one prescription.Method:We adapted 'Y' type transfusion instrument, two needle connected with non-medicine bottle and medicine bottle,air were drainaged by non-medicine bottle during exchanging of medicine bottle we also use non-medicine bottle to keep the transfusion.Result:New method show better result than traditional method.Conclusion:New method is safe,effective,can prevent from waste of medicine.
