摘　　要：目的 :探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)副作用的防治。方法 :观察 94例患者中 4 2例使用 0 9%NS ,5 2例使用 5 %GS静滴PGE1临床出现的副作用。结果 :94例患者均得到有效防治。结论 :患者副作用的发生与溶酶无关 ,副作用及时处理或停药可缓解症状。Objective:To research about prevention and treatment of side effects of prostglandin E 1 Method:Clinical observation of 42 cases PGE 1 in 0 9% NS and 52 cases PGE 1 in 5% GS Result:All 94 cases met prevention standard Conclusion:Incidence of side effects has nothing to do with dissolution enzyme, discovery and treatment in time or even stopping intraveinous dripping can remove symptoms
