摘　　要：目的 :研究心脏手术后并发精神病反应的病因和护理。方法 :分析2 0例心脏病术后并发精神障碍患者的病因 ,进行心理护理和药物治疗。结果 :2 0例患者均治愈。结论 :心理护理 ,避免并发症 ,良好的休息环境能减少心脏术后精神病反应。Objective:To research about the etiology and nursing of psychotic reaction after heart surgery operationMethod:Analyze etiology of 20 case patients with psychotic reaction induced by heart surgical operation,undergo psychological nursing and medicine treatmentResult:All 20 cases were curedConclusion:Psychological nursing,prevention of complication and good resting enviroment can eliminate psychotic reaction after heart surgical operation
