喉癌患者术后肠营养支持的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨喉癌患者术后肠营养的支持方法。方法 :将 90例喉癌患者随机分为 3组 ,即静脉营养组、鼻饲混合奶组和鼻饲安素组。结果 :3组切口愈合情况差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,静脉营养组虽能满足营养需要 ,但相关并发症多且费用高 ,混合奶组所用混合奶热量小 ,易堵管 ,但费用低 ,鼻饲安素组热量大 ,能量全不易腹泻和堵管 ,其所需费用患者多可接受。结论 :喉癌患者术后需要肠营养支持 ,混合奶与安素交替由胃管注入 ,是一种热量足、营养全、痛苦小、费用低 ,患者易接受的好方法。Objective:To investigate for best method about supporting treatment upon laryngocarcinoma patients after operationMethod:90 cases were divided into three groupsAn intraveinous nutrition group;B:Nasal feeding with mixed milk;C: Nasal feeding with 'Arisol'Result:All three groups show no difference in incision healing(P>005),group A have more complications and more expensive;B show lower caloric,easy to suffer from tube obstruction but more cheap;C with higher caloric,less obstruction,easy for patients to acceptConclusion:Mixed milk and 'Arisol' alternately intake through nasal tube show to be a better method with high caloric,less pain and low expenses
