放疗患者医院内感染的临床分析及预防

摘　　要：目的 :了解放疗患者医院内感染的发生情况。方法 :对 45 2例放疗患者的医院内感染状况进行临床分析。结果 :放疗患者的医院内感染发生率为8 6 2 % ,明显高于同期本院总感染率的 4 35 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;发生医院内感染的死亡率为 38 46 % ,也显著高于未发生医院内感染的放疗患者死亡率的 12 5 9%(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :为了减少放疗患者的医院内感染发生率 ,需改善医疗环境 。Objective:To explore the circumstance of iatrogenic infection of radiotherapy patients Method:452 cases iatrogenic infection of radiotherapy patients were analysed Result:The infected rate of radiotherapy patients was 8 62%,it was obviously higher than total iatrogenic infection rate 4 35%(P<0 05) during the same time The mortality of iatrogenic infection 38 46%,also higher than that of radiotherapy sufferers 12 59%(P<0 05) wi^thout nosocomical infection Conc^lusion:To reduce infected rate of radiotherapy sufferers,its important to improve medical environment,provid favorable hos^pitals environment and effective preventive measure for radiotherapy suffereres
