摘　　要：随着国民经济的高速持续发展和人们生活水平的逐步提高 ,非自愿移民问题已逐渐成为制约基础设施建设过程中的关键性因素 .为此 ,详细介绍了世界银行对其贷款项目中的非自愿移民安置工作施行的重要管理手段———移民安置监测评估的概念、目的、内容、方法、组织机构、成果等 。This paper is focused on the resettlement monitoring and evaluation for the World Bank Financed Projects and detailed on the concept,object,content,method,institution and reporting.Nowadays in China,the central government is advocating to implement resettlement supervision in hydropower projects.There is much in the article that can be made use of in reservoir resettlement.
