摘　　要：目的 :研究位于颅、面、眶等结构之间侵犯前颅窝底的肿瘤手术入路和手术方法 .方法 :与相关科室合作采用前颅窝底硬膜外入路显微外科手术的方法 ,成功地为 9例病人作肿瘤切除术 .其中斜坡脊索瘤 2例 ,筛窦恶性肿瘤 4例 ,筛窦良性肿瘤 1例 ,眶内球后胶质瘤 1例 ,眶尖脑膜瘤 1例 .结果 :肿瘤全切除 4例 ,肿瘤大部切除 5例 ,切口均一期愈合 ,近期疗效良好 .结论 :对邻近前颅窝或侵犯前颅窝底的各类肿瘤 ,经前颅窝底硬膜外入路是一种较为理想的外科手术入路 .Objectives:Studies on tumor operation intrance and method in the base of cranium of the anterior cranial fossa of skull, cheek and orbit. Methods:Using micro-surgery operation into epidural mater of the anterior cranial fossa has successfully done craniotumortomy of 9 patients cooperatelly with other sections. Of them, there were 2 patients with clivus notochord casinoma, 4 patients with ethmoidal sinus malignant tumor, 1 patient with ethmoidal sinus benign tumor, 1 patient with collagen tumor intraorbit of retroeyeball and 1 patient with meninx tumor of the apex of orbit. Results:4 cases with tumor have been totally resected, 5 cases with tumor have been partially resected, the incision has been healed up and the recent efficacy is good. Conclusions: The micro-surgery operation intraepidural mater of the base of cranium of the anterior cranial fossa is an ideal surgery operation intrance on all kinds of tumors of the near part of anterior cranial fossa.
