皮瓣及肌皮瓣移植术后病人的护理

摘　　要：目的 :探讨皮瓣、肌皮瓣移植术后的护理措施。方法 :采用将移植皮瓣与邻近正常部位、健侧和不同时间前后对比的方法 ,观察皮瓣颜色、温度、肿胀程度及毛红血管充盈情况。并注意安放适宜体位 ,正确处理术后疼痛和心理问题 ,适时指导功能锻炼。结果 :5 2例中 1例游离移植皮瓣部分坏死 ,其余全部成活。结论 :采用不同层次、角度加强对移植皮瓣、肌皮瓣的观察 ,并辅以其它方面适当措施 ,对移植皮瓣、肌皮瓣的成活有很大帮助。Objective To study the methods for nursing the skin flap grafting and musculocutaneous flap grafting.Methods Observing and comparing the flap with the adjacent normal skin or the healthy side in cotour temperatur,swollen degree and filliny of capillary.The proper posture,postoperation pain,psychogenie probelm and timely exercises were concerned.Results Of the 52 cases,one case occurred pant necrosis,the others entirely survived.Conclusion The methods were very benefit for surviving of skin flap and musculocutaneous.
