医疗质量与病例组合调整方法在医院效率测量中的应用研究

摘　　要：医疗服务质量和病例构成会影响医疗服务的效率。在比较不同级别和性质医院相对效率过程中 ,由于医疗机构之间医疗服务质量和病例构成可能存在差别 ,因此 ,需要对质量和病例进行调整 ,保证效率比较的效度。该文通过对 1990～ 1999年山东省淄博市与江苏省南通市医院效率测量中医疗质量与病例组合的实际应用 ,阐述了医疗质量与病例组合调整方法的原理。This article introduces the principle, model, and application of medical quality and case mix adjustment in efficiency measurement. In efficiency measurement of hospitals with different characteristics, medical quality and case mix should be adjusted for the different output level among those units. Only based on appropriate adjustment can guarantee the feasibility and objectivity of evaluation in different hospitals.
