紫光大圆茄种子形态结构的研究

摘　　要：对紫光大圆茄 (暂用名 )种子外部形态及内部结构的研究表明 ,紫光大圆茄种子较小且种脐、种孔较大 ,种皮细胞中淀粉粒含量较少 ,种皮结构较疏松 ,外覆胶质层较薄 ,胚和胚乳发育良好 。The shape and structure of the seed of Ziguangdayuan Eggplant was researched,the result showed:compared with other varieties of eggplant,the seed was smaller,the hilum and micropyle were bigger,the starch grain content of the seed coat cell was smaller,the structure of the seed coat was looser,the layer of glue outside the seed coat was thinner,the embryo and endosperm better developed,all of these features made the seed germinate faster.
