摘 要:目的 :探讨补体不同来源、不同浓度 ,是否溶血以及补体活化指示细胞时间等因素对红细胞C3b受体花环形成的影响。方法 :采用改良的红细胞C3b受体花环 (RBC C3bRR)实验。结果 :最佳补体条件为不溶血 ,浓度为 1∶2的豚鼠 ( 3只以上 )混合血清 ,补体活化指示细胞时间为 15min。结论 :规范红细胞C3b受体花环形成的补体条件 ,有利于减小实验误差 。Objective: To investigate the effect of complement on RBC C 3b RR% and explore the best condition of complement. Methods: The modified RBC C 3bRR test was applied to study RBC C 3bRR% when the condition of complement was changed(including different sources and different concentration of complement, the complement containing haemolysis or not as well as the time of activating yeast cells). Results: The Dutch pig mixed sera(without haemolysis, diluted to 1∶2,and 15 minutes of activative time) were the best condition of complement. Conclusion: Standardizing the condition of complement in RBC C 3bRR test would be important for reducing experimental error and improving the precision that.
