小儿腋下小直切口径路动脉导管结扎术

摘　　要：目的 :总结小儿腋下小直切口手术径路动脉导管结扎术的经验。方法 :对 16例 1～ 15岁小儿动脉导管未闭患儿以腋下小直切口作为手术径路 ,实施未闭动脉导管结扎术。结果 :16例病儿均痊愈出院。术中导管破裂出血1例 ,暂时性轻度声音嘶哑 2例 ,术后随访 3月～ 2年 ,未见并发症。结论 :该手术创伤小、美观 ,适用年龄广 ,无其它手术禁忌 。Objective: To investigate a short and straight incision in the left subaxilla for closure of patent ductus arteriosus. Methods: A straight and short approach in left subaxilla for patent duct arteriosus closure was used in 16 children of 1～15 years of age. Results: All children recovered after closure. Although a ductus was torn during dissection, it was successfully repaired. Hoarseness was found in two patients due to tissue edema that was spontaneously disappeared in 3～4 days after surgery. 16 patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years after operation and did not show any complications. Conclusion: This approach is effective and easy to manage with a less cost. It causes a minor tissue trauma with a good looking and is suitable for patent duct arteriosus closure for children.
