运用16PF对高校青年体育教师个性特点的研究

摘　　要：选用卡氏 16种人格因素量表 ,对湖南省 11所高校 82名青年体育教师和 5 0名其他专业年轻教师进行测试。测试发现 ,H(敢为性 )、Q1(实验性 )两项指标 ,青年体育教师与对照组分别存在显著差异和高度显著差异。Guided by the table of the cartel sixteen personality factors,this paper presents the testing results of 82 college sports teachers′ personality as well as that of 50 young teachers majoring in other subjects.The comparison suggests a great difference in H(boldness)and a much greater difference in Q1(Experimentism)between sports teachers and other testers.Thus,the paper draws the conclusion that all these differences are related to the career characteristics of sports teachers.
