摘　　要：为了解城市健身俱乐部的现状及相关情况,运用问卷调查,访谈及文献资料等研究方法。对宁波市健身俱乐部的自然情况(场地、价格、管理等)、教练状况(教练来源、专业、文化程度及授课安排)和消费者等一系列问题进行调查,探析其现状及存在问题并在此基础上提出了宁波市健身俱乐部有序发展的相应建议。In order to keep abreast of the existing state of the city gymnasium clubs and some relevant conditions, a survey has been made on the gym clubs in Ningbo by means of inquiry poll, visiting investigation and document study. It approaches the natural conditions such as the arena, price and the management, the instructors concerning their source, specialties and educational level as well as the curricula they offer, and also the consumers. It explores the current conditions and analyzes the problems that exist. Appropriate suggestions are offered so as to help the gym clubs in the city develop healthily.
