摘　　要：文章论述了数字图书馆的概念与特点,各国数字图书馆的研究与开发以及我国数字图书馆的现状。了解各国数字式图书馆的研究与发展,对我们找准方向,不失时机的发展这一新型信息产业分支,有一定的指导作用和参考价值。This article expounded the concept and character of numeral library,also expounded the present development situation of our country and other countries. To understand the research and development in other countries is important for us to find the exact direction and develop the newly information extate.
