马尔柯夫优化理论在设备维修决策中的应用

摘　　要：指出了国内对设备维修决策理论基础是常见的可靠性理论,但它忽略了维修措施对设备技术的影响。结合实际生产现场设备维修工作,采用单位时间工作量来表示设备状况,利用马尔柯夫优化理论,建立了优化的维修决策模型,给出了计算步骤和计算实例,并在实践中得到应用。It is pointed out that the theoretic al basis of the plant maintenance str ategy is the common reliability theory at home.The effects of maintenance measures on plant technologies are ig nored.With the combination of the ta sks of plant maintenance under the practic al production situations,the plant are described by using the working am ount per unit time and an optimized model of ma intanance computing steps and the given examples are also shows and applied to the production practice.
