摘　　要：江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要思想 ,是高等学校培养高素质人才的根本指导思想。贯彻和实践“三个代表”思想 ,培养具有现代科学技术知识和先进文化素养 ,能够始终代表最广大人民群众利益 ,全心全意为人民服务的高等专门人才 ,是高等学校的根本任务。而培养高素质的高等专门人才 ,必须以“三个代表”思想为指针 ,造就高素质的师资队伍。The important thought 'the three representatives' by comrade Jiang Ze ming is the principle for universities to develop highly quali fied talents.It is the essential task for universities to carry out and put into practice the thought of 'the three representatives',to train the talents with modern scientific knowledge and advanced cultural qualifications,to enable them to represent the interest of the most people and to serve the people heart and soul.Meanwhile,it is also important to train the teachers with high qualifications under the guidance of the thought of 'the three representatives'.
