摘　　要：针对分散式金工实习的特点 ,分析了搞好金工实习对提高学生的工程实践能力 ,培养工程素质和创新能力的重要作用 ;教师在教学中要主动转变思想 ,加强实习管理 ,更新实习内容 。In allusion to the characteristics of the decentralizes exercises of metal working practice, the paper analyses the importance of conducting the exercises to improve the practical ability of the college students, their engineering quality and innovation competence. The results show that it is also necessary for the teachers to change their educational ideas , improve the management work, renew the contents of the practice, and adopt various methods to rais the quality of the work.
