摘　　要：针对企业知识产权保护调查中反映出来的问题 ,从企业发展的角度 ,对知识产权保护制度产生的渊源、性质、地位、与知识经济的关系及对企业发展所起的作用等问题作了深入的探讨 ,并且对中国知识产权法律保护制度的建立过程进行了研究 ,指出知识产权问题是现代企业发展中所不可回避的问题。In view of the problems shown in the investigation on Intellectual Property Protection of enterprise, from the angle of enterprise's development, this paper discusses further about the origin, nature, status of Protection System of Intellectual Property, its relation with Intellectual Economy, and its impact on the development of enterprise, and it also studies the process of the foundation of China's Statutory Protection System of Intellectual Property, and points out that Intellectual Property can not be avoided in the development of modern enterprise.
