桑蚕血液氟-钙关系对血细胞的影响以及与抗氟性的关系

摘　　要：采用7个抗氟性不同的桑蚕品种,添氟后,对其血液钙离子浓度以及血细胞数量的变化情况进行测定,发现这两个指标和抗氟性之间都有着极好的正相关关系,而血细胞减少率则呈负相关关系.在270mg/L的添氟浓度以下,相关系数都随着浓度的上升而增大,达510mg/L后都减小.说明氟-钙-血细胞之间存在着相互依赖关系,在一定范围内,钙可以保护血细胞使其不受氟离子的损害.蚕对氟化物抗性的程度,既反映在血液钙离子含量上,也反映在血细胞被破坏的程度上.而在510mg/L的较高添氟浓度时,钙的保护作用趋弱,氟突破钙的屏障而对细胞造成损害.The concentration of calcium ion in the blood and the change of the number of blood corpuscle cells are measured after adding fluorime by using 7 silkworm species with different fluorides.The results reveal that these two quotas have positive correlation with fluorides resistance and the negative correlation with decreasing rate of blood cor- puscle cells.When the fluorine-adding concentration was blow 270 mg/L,the coefficient of correlation rises along with the growth of the concentration and when the concentration reaches 510 mg/L,it falls with no exceptions.This shows that relationship of mutal dependence exists bitween fluorine,calciun and blood corpuscle ceils.In a certain scope,calcium can protect blood corpuscle cells against the damage from fluorine ions.And the degree of silkworms' resistance against fluorides is reflected from the content of the calcium ions in the blood as well as from the degree of the blood corpuscle cells being damaged.And when the fluorine- adding concentration reaches 510mg/L,the protec- tive function of calcium weakens,fluorine breaks the screen of calcim and damages the cells.
