摘　　要：对近年来重要的国际与国内反兴奋剂文献和资料进行了研究 ,分析、揭示了国际反兴奋剂斗争的形势、特点和发展趋势 ,以及国外反兴奋剂政策和管理措施的调整走向 ,并对我国反兴奋剂工作的现状做了调查 ;Based on study of recent years' important international and domestic anti doping documents and materials, and investigation of present anti doping work in China, the paper analyzes the situation, characteristics and developing trend of the worldwide fight against doping, makes an all round description of the adjustment and change of the anti doping policy in various countries, and put forwards some reasonable and practicable proposals for the enhancement of anti doping work in China.
