摘　　要：加强和改进思想政治工作是新的形势对我们的迫切要求。新形势下思想政治工作要有新途径、新办法 ,这就是要有一支高素质的思想政治工作队伍做保障 ,要在思想政治工作的内容上、方法上、手段上和机制上进行创新。只有这样 ,才能使思想政治工作具有针对性和实效性 。It is an urgent reguirement for us to strengthen and improve ideological and political work under the new situation.The new situation needs new approach and method of idealogical and political work,which reguires a team with highguality,as guarantee,to take the idelogical political work and meanwhile we must promote some innovation in contents,working methods,means and systems of ideological and political work so that we may make the ideological and political work have purpose and practice,and provide thinking guarantee and spiritual motivation for cause of modernization construction.
