摘　　要：随着免疫学和组合化学的进展 ,肽疫苗研究已取得了极大成功 ,但在对其实验与应用中发现肽疫苗存在许多缺陷 ,导致免疫原性相对较弱。国内外根据其不足进行了多种修饰 ,以改善其免疫原性。With advances in immunology and combinational chemistry, there is great success on peptide vaccine. However, in many experiments, it was found that there is a lot of disadvantage which result in lowering of immunity. Thus a number of investigators had tried a variety of modifications to shorten peptide molecule, to improve its immunity. These methods are summed up in this paper.
